"We stayed for 2 nights with our tent cause we didn't have more time. Friendly service, great facilities, great location, free WiFi and upon arrival we weren't told what's not allowed but what we could do: use the pool, grab the kayaks for free, make a bonfire at the beach ... "This camp ground takes camping up another notch. We have stayed 3 years in a row. The location alone makes this stand out - the views are astounding and it is truly beachfront, with an awesome sandy beach great for swimming, surfing, boogie boarding and just enjoying long walks on a beach which feels like it never ends. The owners take huge pride in the camp ground and never stop making real improvements. There's no stupid rules, just a bunch of great campers having a great time. And the sites are a good size!! There's always hot showers, there's a pool, beach volley ball, and beach showers. Its kiwi camping at its best. Awesome facilities without being over the top.Can't wait go back" Annie N, Wellington |
